Guiding Women Over 45 To Live Agelessly

I have been on the path of holistic wellness since the late 1970’s, when, as a teenager, I befriended a wonderful holistic doctor in his 80’s who inspired me to grow organic food, get plenty of fresh air and exercise and to live a peaceful life with a positive attitude. I donned my Birkenstocks and haven’t looked back since.

I went on to receive degrees in Fine Art and in Native American Studies from Humboldt State University, and studied with medicine men and women from several Northwest coast tribes. Through the teachings I received from the guidance of wise elders, vision questing in the Northern California wilderness and participating in purification ceremonies, I learned how to live a happy, vital, fulfilling life that is true to my soul’s calling.

Portrait Of Martine Baker

I raised my three children on pure, nourishing, delicious foods and treated what few illnesses they had with herbs from my garden or herbal teas and supplements from our local health food store. As my children grew up and pursued lives lives of their own, I furthered my studies in health and wellness at the International Association of Wellness Professionals (IAWP) and received my Holistic Wellness Coach certification in 2020.

In a time when so many people suffer from diabetes, heart disease, depression, anxiety, obesity and a myriad of other preventable illnesses, I am passionate about guiding and supporting those who are ready, at any stage of wellness, to embark on the path of transformation toward living a life of radiant health and joy.

From my years of experience in the realm of the healing arts, I believe anyone can heal in mind, body, soul and spirit, with intention, guidance and loving support.

“My work with Martine was life-saving. She listened to me deeply during a very challenging time in my life. She used her intuition, care, and incredible presence to support me in ways that I had not been able to find. You will not find a more capable, supportive, or knowledgeable practitioner as a guide through the turbulent times in life. I am so grateful to have found her and would highly recommend her work. In a year from now, you will have wished you had started today.”

“I’m so glad I crossed paths with Martine in perfect timing! She is an awesome coach and was really great at holding space for me and making me feel listened to and heard. She helped me to realise that I have everything I need inside myself already, and she was really great at getting me to sit back, acknowledge my small wins, and use them as motivation and baby steps to get me to my bigger goals. She is such an awesome cheerleader and guide, I’m very grateful to her for helping me to get through 2020 feeling supported.”
